AT REALMS, our staff engages regularly in evidence based conversations about high quality student work. These conversations help us:

​

• develop a shared vision of what is possible at different grade levels with respect to the attributes of quality work: complexity, craftsmanship and authenticity

• find patterns of strength and weakness in student work with respect to the three attributes of quality work and use this information to set goals, develop action plans, and improve instructional practices geared to support students in reaching quality
